About the role
Serve as an Unarmed Security Officer at the OSUCOM-CN Tahlequah campus. As part of the Oklahoma State University Police Department's Tulsa Division, you will be a valued member of the unarmed security team assigned to the Tahlequah campus.
In this role, you will provide safety and security services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors at our state-of-the-art facility. You are entrusted with fostering a safe and inclusive environment through active engagement and proactive security patrols, contributing to the overall mission of the department and the university community.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- CLEET certified or eligible for certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid Driver's License
Skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in using two-way communication systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- The ability to effectively communicate with and provide assistance to individuals seeking help or information
