Security Officer Unarmed - Hospital
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Overview: Allied Universal... offers rewarding careers... dynamic workplace... This is generic but maybe part of About the role? Could be considered "About the role". The overview includes description of company and workplace. We can put that under About the role. Job Description: As a Security Officer Unarmed - Hospital in Seneca, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients... This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Join Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative team... This is also role description. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour Job Schedule: This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date. We need Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Pay Rate is given: $18.69/Hour. So Pay section with that. Schedule: they say minimum 30 hours per week, schedule not assigned yet, will be determined later. That's somewhat vague but still specific: minimum 30 hours per week. Should we include Schedule? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state schedule info (minimum 30 hours per week). So we can include Schedule section with that info. However they also say schedule not assigned yet; still it's info. We'll include. What You'll Do: list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Minimum Requirements: list of requirements. That's Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes Minimum Requirements (driver's license, computer/tablet preferred, CPR preferred, customer service experience preferred, access control/badge experience preferred, at least 18, high school diploma, background investigation, drug screen, licensing requirements). Also "Why Join Us" includes benefits and perks. Benefits section: they list Smart Tools, Career Growth, Financial and Health Benefits, Exclusive Perks. Then later "Benefits" bullet list: Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions, Schedules that fit..., Ongoing paid training..., Employee discounts... We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine benefits info into Benefits section. Skills: maybe from requirements: computer/tablet use, CPR, customer service, access control/badge experience. Could be considered Skills. But we can also put those under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have headings defined: we can use Requirements for mandatory items, Qualifications for preferred, Skills for specific abilities. However to avoid thin sections, we might only use Requirements and Benefits and Responsibilities and Pay and Schedule. But we must follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. If we omit a heading, it's okay. So we can choose to include only sections that have substantive content: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Benefits (Why Join Us + Benefits list), Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications and Skills could be omitted if we fold into Requirements. That seems acceptable. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

. Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them or put in a short. We'll drop. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove the closing EEO paragraph and links. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Schedule
Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week; schedule to be determined based on business needs before start date.
Check for any duplicated content: We have overlapping benefits items; we kept both sets but some duplicates like "Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions" appears also in Financial and Health Benefits bullet. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Let's combine. We have Benefits bullet list from "Why Join Us": Smart Tools, Career Growth, Financial and Health Benefits, Exclusive Perks. Then separate "Benefits" list: Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions, Schedules that fit..., Ongoing paid training..., Employee discounts... We can merge into a single Benefits section, removing duplicates. Let's craft a concise list: - Smart Tools: Access to exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. - Career Growth: Paid training and access to career growth opportunities. - Financial and Health Benefits: Retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, disability insurance. - Exclusive Perks: Discounts on top brands and services through the Perks Program. - Schedules that fit with personal life goals. - Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities (some overlap with Career Growth; maybe we can keep only one). Actually Career Growth already mentions paid training and career growth opportunities. Ongoing paid training programs is similar. We could keep just one. Let's keep Career Growth and drop Ongoing paid training as duplicate. - Employee discounts through perks program to favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and more (similar to Exclusive Perks). Actually Exclusive Perks already covers discounts. Employee discounts is similar. We can keep Exclusive Perks and drop Employee discounts. Thus final Benefits list: - Smart Tools: Access to exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. - Career Growth: Paid training and access to career growth opportunities. - Financial and Health Benefits: Retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, disability insurance. - Exclusive Perks: Discounts on top brands and services through the Perks Program. - Schedules that fit with your personal life goals. Check for any other duplicated content: The Requirements list includes "A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only." and earlier "A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located." Both are about driver's license; not duplicate exactly but similar. Could combine? The first says required in state where job is located; second says required for driving positions only. Since this is a driving position, both apply. Could keep both but maybe combine into one: "A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located (required for this driving position)." But we must preserve all substantive information; combining is okay as long as we don't lose info. We'll combine to avoid duplication. Also "Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles." Since this is unarmed, we could note 18+ but keep as is. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: Overview includes mention of Healthcare industry, Seneca, SC. We included that. Responsibilities list we captured all five items. Requirements: we need to include all items from Minimum Requirements list. Let's list them: - A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. - Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. - CPR certification is preferred. - Customer service experience is preferred. - Access control or badge experience is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a
