DayTime Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to identify unusual activity and support access control expectations throughout the location.
- Assist with visitor management, maintain accurate access logs and/or incident records, and communicate professionally with site contacts, employees, and guests.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

Qualifications
