Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting them through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access points, visitor and/or vendor activity, and vehicle traffic to help to deter unauthorized entry and support site protocols.
• Assist with reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, and support coordinated response efforts with site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
