Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

Award-winning Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This position serves and safeguards clients in various commercial real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and sign-in procedures when required, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns through appropriate channels.
• Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, preparing clear incident reports, and providing a professional presence for employees, contractors, and/or guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
• Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience OR prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required.

Skills

• Ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably.
• Customer service experience.
• Access control and badge experience.
