Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Visibility in Ruther Glen, VA, to serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery drivers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading docks, trailer areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and driver check-in procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations through required communication channels.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule: Daytime

• Monday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Wednesday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
