Security Officer Unarmed Distribution Center Part Time

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Ruther Glen, VA. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Day Time: Monday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tuesday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sunday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
