Security Officer Unarmed Digital Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Digital Patrol Security Officer in Twinsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as automotive. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while using computer or tablet technology as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors according to site procedures, and maintaining required entry and incident records.
• Assist with controlling vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entrances and throughout the location while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Pay

$17.85 per hour.

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
