What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
- Monitor lobby and reception areas, manage visitor access and sign-in processes, and communicate clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Answer phones, greet guests, and support badge, credential, and/or key control processes while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.
- Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and front desk records, and provide general assistance aligned with the needs of a technology-focused business environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
