As a Security Officer Unarmed Campus Rounds in Cambridge, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

  • Have at least one year of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
  • Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees and visitors.
  • Knowledge of emergency response activities.
  • Proficiency in computer or tablet usage.
