As a Security Officer Part Time Rover Driver in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, as conditions vary across the site.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by location policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support security-related operations within an industrial chemical and petrochemical environment by remaining aware of potential hazards, following post orders, and communicating unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
