About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to alarm-related activity. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify potential security-related concerns.
- Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- At least six months of security-related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
$21.05 / hour
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
