Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and security-related response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to site contacts and/or emergency resources, and helping to coordinate next steps.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including tracking personnel status, visitor activity, deliveries, and other site-related communications.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by communicating assignments, monitoring officer check-ins, and helping to deter unauthorized access around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
