Job Description

As a Security Officer TWIC Driving Role in Mobile, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic port location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support a team that leads with agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

  • DayTime: Mon 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
    Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
    Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unwanted behavior.
  • Monitor the location for security-related concerns and communicate with supervisors and/or local authorities when needed.
  • Work in varied environments and conditions depending on the location and assigned post.

Minimum Requirements

  • A TSA issued TWIC is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
