About the role
As a driving Security Officer at a financial institution in Stone Mountain, GA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site requirements to help maintain controlled entry to the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter, identifying and reporting unusual conditions or potential concerns.
- Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
$20.40 / hour

- Monday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Tuesday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: 04:00 AM - 01:00 PM
- Thursday: 04:00 AM - 02:00 PM
