Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, platforms, parking areas, boarding zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, lost and found situations, and/or crowd management.
• Support daily operations by reporting hazards, disruptions, and/or maintenance concerns, while helping to promote an orderly environment for transit operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
