Job Summary We are seeking a professional, customer-service oriented, and highly alert Corporate Entrance Security Officer to provide access control and maintain a strong security presence at a busy corporate facility. The ideal candidate will monitor employee and visitor access, assist with site operations, enforce company policies, and maintain a visible presence around designated entrances and parking areas. Responsibilities Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnelVerify employee ID badges and visitor passes before granting accessMaintain a visible security presence near cafeteria entrance, and visitor parking areasMonitor visitor parking to ensure authorized use onlyAssist visitors with directions and check-in proceduresReport suspicious activity, hazards, alarms, or maintenance concerns immediatelyCommunicate effectively with Dispatch and site managementComplete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and provide detailed pass-down informationMaintain assigned security equipment including radios, flashlights, site phones, and safety gearRemain alert and professional while standing post for extended periods Qualifications Previous security experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to remain vigilant and attentive throughout the shiftReliable transportation and punctual attendanceAbility to work independently and follow post ordersBasic report writing and smartphone communication skills Schedule Full-Time / Part-Time AvailableMorning and afternoon shift coverageWeekend availability may be required Benefits Competitive payHealth benefits availableStable work environmentOpportunities for advancement Reach out today.
