About the role
As a Security Officer Supervisor, you will lead and train a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to strict security protocols and respond effectively to emergencies. This role demands a strong leadership background and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper posting of assigned officers and accountability of equipment.
- Instruct and assist officers under supervision in the proper performance of their duties.

- Review accuracy and completeness of all reports submitted by subordinate officers.
- Comply with all rules, regulations, and procedures, and promptly report any misconduct or violations.
- Perform emergency duties requiring physical exertion such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and running.

Qualifications
- Speak, read, and write English.
- Must be age 21 or older.
- Must be a US Citizen (Naturalization Certificate Accepted).
- Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Possess 3 years of Security Supervisor experience within the last 4 years, or possess Military experience (E4, Honorable Discharge, 5 years of active duty).
