About the role

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. It features a $1.5 billion expansion with new guestrooms, amenities, and entertainment venues.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic security coverage for the safety of patrons and team members.
• Safeguard the assets of the organization and guests.
• Promote a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Ensure security during money transfers.
• Assist patrons with inquiries and escort them if necessary.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.
• Patrol the hotel and casino areas to establish a security presence.
• Report unusual situations and suspicious persons.
• Coordinate and resolve emergency situations.
• Maintain proper key control.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Notify managers of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of comparable experience is required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is preferred.
