As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. At a financial institution location, our unarmed Patrol Officers conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report unusual activity, unauthorized persons, or policy concerns according to established procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Document daily activities, incidents, patrol observations, and access-related events in clear, accurate reports.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: DayTime, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
