About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols and manage onsite security measures.
- Provide executive protection services to high-profile clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing agents.
- Manage investigations and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Operate and maintain the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
- Lead teams and mentor new agents.
- Collaborate with media relations and handle public inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as security studies, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in executive protection or law enforcement.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
