About the role

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and manage onsite security measures.
• Provide executive protection services to high-profile clients.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing agents.
• Manage investigations and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Operate and maintain the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Lead teams and mentor new agents.
• Collaborate with media relations and handle public inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as security studies, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in executive protection or law enforcement.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
