Job Description
As a Security Officer SOC in Coffeyville, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor access points and conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols to help support a secure environment. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver strong customer service and communication while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, teamwork, caring, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout operational areas, access points, and perimeter locations within an industrial chemical and petrochemical environment.
- Monitor for unauthorized access, equipment concerns, and/or potential hazards, helping to support a controlled and orderly location.
- Complete routine reports, document observations, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
