Security Officer Site Patrol Guard

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests and staff through exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to support a welcoming environment at the location.
• Communicate with hotel personnel, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Mon 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Tue 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
