We are seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Security Officers with backgrounds in military service, law enforcement, or security. Strong leadership and managerial capabilities are essential, though a comprehensive training program is provided.
About the role
Schedules/Shifts Available: 1st/2nd Shift, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm, 40 hrs/week
1st Shift, Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday 7:00am - 3:00pm, Tuesday 6:00am – 5:30pm, 36 hrs/week
2nd Shift, Monday-Wednesday 1:00pm – 8:00pm; Thursday & Friday 12:00pm - 8:00pm, 37 hrs/week
Pay Rate: 1st Shift - $21.00 /hr, 2nd Shift - $22.00 /hr, 3rd Shift - $23.00 /hr
1st Shift starts at $21.00/hr, after 6 months with Securitas at SIG Sauer, automatically bumped to $22.00/hr.

Requirements
- 18 Years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, & strong work ethic
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally
- Able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols during various weather conditions
- Able to stay alert & have great attention to detail
- Able to conduct access control duties
- Able to have a reliable means of transportation & communication
Qualifications
- Licensed to operate a motor vehicle
- Passing drug test
- Clear criminal background check
- Passing physical fitness test
