What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency procedures and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: DayTime Fri 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
