• DayTime: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor entry procedures, identification checks, and/or credential verification in support of location protocols.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and support orderly operations through clear communication and professional presence.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city issued security license, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
