Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities in a food and beverage location.
• Screen employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or personal belongings in accordance with site policies while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
