Job Summary
The Security Officer provides leadership support, guidance, and operational expertise to Security Services to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across all St. Peter’s Health facilities. This role supports best practices in safety and security, contributes to the organization’s Environment of Care (EOC) standards, and promotes high levels of patient, physician, visitor, and employee satisfaction.
Knowledge/Experience
- Experienced professional with knowledge of Healthcare Security processes, healthcare specific preferable.
- Law enforcement experience preferred.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent GED.
Licenses/Certifications/Registries
- State of Montana Security License at time of hire or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
