Security Officer - Security

Responsibilities

• Provide protection and security for facility personnel, patients, visitors, and property through security and safety patrols.
• Crisis intervention.
• Investigation into minor crimes and accidents.
• Serve as a visual deterrent to potential problem situations.
• Participate in safety programs.
• Support all departments.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent.
• Current Hawaii Security Guard Registration (GDE) License.
• Current American Heart Association Heartsaver-AED or BLS Card.
• Six (6) months security experience or experience in related field.

• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay

Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
