About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver at Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in the Aero/Defense industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Stay visible to help deter security-related incidents
- Support daily operations through strong customer service and communication
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Document details and communicate with site contacts as needed
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, restricted zones, and perimeter locations
- Maintain access control and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and vendors entering controlled areas
- Report concerns promptly regarding activity around offices, warehouses, and operational areas
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- A high school diploma or equivalent
