Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• The execution of all patrol operations, crisis management, emergency response, and fire safety

• Providing protection to all land, building, employees, and guests of Jay Peak

• Patrolling, documenting, reporting, and following-up on safety and security hazards or infractions

• Delivering items to guest rooms as needed

• Responding to emergencies and managing incidents

• Performing daily fire safety inspections

• Maintaining good guest and associate relations

Special Qualifications/Requirements

• A valid Vermont driver's license

• First Aid/CPR/AED certification annually

• E/MT status and/or Firefighter I certification as needed

• OSHA training requirements

• Flexibility in schedule (weekends, holidays, including Christmas and New Year's)

• Ability to work independently when the resort has low occupancy
