Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating relevant details to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, loading zones, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
