• DayTime: Thur 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a cruise operations location.
• Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or carried items at designated access points using approved screening equipment and inspection procedures.
• Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly movement through terminals, gangways, and other controlled locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
