As a Security Officer Screening Intake in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering the location, following access procedures and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor information while maintaining accurate logs and clear communication with site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access or other security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
