What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Screen people, packages, and/or personal items entering designated areas using approved screening procedures and report unusual findings through proper channels.
- Monitor entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and documenting access activity according to post instructions.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining attentive to operational conditions that may vary throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
