What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Monitor entry points and perform screening activities for employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements and access protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
