Security Officer Screening Agent
Job Description
As a Security Officer Screening Agent in Bushnell, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic location, where you will help monitor entry points, conduct screening activities, and support a secure environment through strong communication and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out screening activities, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor and screen people entering the location, check required credentials and/or permitted items, and report concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
