Security Officer's

About the role

Securitas Security Services is seeking Security Officers at 55 Westport Plaza Dr., Suite 750, Maryland Heights, MO. Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or the Military is preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• A strong professional appearance.
• A valid drivers license required.
• Open availability preferred.
• Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards.
