Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity at the location, verify authorized access when required, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted or private areas.
• Support community rules and property protocols by providing visible presence, assisting with resident inquiries, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of security-related experience are required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
