Security Officer Route Driving Role

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location in Anchorage, AK. This part-time, driving position requires a valid driver's license and involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, responding to concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, report unusual conditions, and document incidents, observations, and patrol activities according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.60 / Hour

• Thursday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
