About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government housing location in Greeley, CO, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate professionally, report concerns, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance-related hazards.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies; report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and site contacts.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$23.00 / hour

Schedule

  • Wednesday: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
  • Thursday: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
