Security Officer - Research Center

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Officer - Research Center position. The ideal candidate must have six months of security experience, excellent customer service skills, and be tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You must provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• You must have six months of security experience
• You must have the highest level of customer service
• You must be tech-savvy

Pay and Schedule

• Competitive hourly wage of $24.50 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)
• Full-time and part-time schedules available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week
• Schedule options: Friday - Monday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; Saturday - Wednesday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm; Thursday - Monday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm; Wednesday / Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
