As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Records Management in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening people and/or items, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members, and support smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and permitted items entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures and applicable policies.
• Monitor entry points, screening equipment, and/or assigned areas; report unusual activity, prohibited items, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailers, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
