About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting daily operations through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and following site-specific entry procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery logs in accordance with site-specific policies and applicable procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by communicating clearly, answering inquiries, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• State, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.95 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
