What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, and communicate with staff and guests regarding site protocols and security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
