What You'll Do
- Provide professional customer service at the front desk by greeting residents, visitors, vendors, and financial service personnel, verifying access credentials, and directing individuals appropriately.
- Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front-desk activity; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling entry points, observing activity in the reception area, and reporting suspicious or unusual activity promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
