What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with location protocols.
- Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and communicate clearly with residents, staff, and/or first responders regarding routine matters and incident-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through established reporting channels when needed.
- Complete required reports, logs, and front desk documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual observations.
Minimum Requirements
- A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
