About the role

As a Security Officer Personnel Screening in Bowling Green, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will support a controlled correctional setting by screening individuals and property, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will maintain a professional presence, help to deter unauthorized activity, and provide clear, respectful communication. Guided by our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture, you will work with integrity and teamwork to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age or older (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
