About the role
Receives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Security Officer. Performs a variety of security responsibilities to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property, and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, hazardous materials, and illegal entry.

- Prevent and respond to accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, hazardous materials incidents, and illegal entry
Requirements
- Driving may be necessary; must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving
- Must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 1 year of Law Enforcement, Security, or Military experience or 2 years of responsible work experience with prior healthcare setting experience preferred
- Related college coursework may substitute for 1 year of experience

Pay
Base pay range: $23.39 – $35.78 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
