Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to emergencies and security incidents
• Controlling facility access and ensuring only authorized personnel enter
• Conducting regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
• Assisting with fire safety inspections and staff education
• Providing courteous support and assistance to patients, staff, and visitors
• Preparing clear and timely incident reports

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• NYS Security Guard License (required)
• Valid NYS Driver’s License (required)
• BLS & AED Certification required, or must be obtained within 6 months of start
• One year of security experience preferred (hospital setting a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Salary Range Starting from USD $32.41/Hr. The rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
